Will a standard ND 8" (DN200) valve work for you, or are you looking for some special, "taylored" size?
And then which is the fluid (water, air, steam, gas, oil, orange juice, vodka, liquid kryptonite, dilithium vapours...?) that you need to control? Pressure, Temperature, chemical nature?
Which kind of material (stainless or carbon steel, special alloy, plastics...?) the piping is made of? What type of joint (flanged, butt-welding, wafer...?) will connect the valve with the rest of the equipment?
Simply a Butterfly valve or a tripple-offset metal-seated one.
