Hydraulic controlled slow-closing check butterfly valve installation
1. Lifting
After opening the box, using the crane lifted the butterfly valve, when lifting, should note that four ring screws to select balanced position, to prevent hydraulic oil spill or damage parts.
Hydraulic control slow- closed check butterfly valve should be put in a dry place, closing both ends of passage if it is stored for a longer period of time, in the processing surface coated anti-rust oil. If for temporary parking, we can increase auxiliary supporting to keep stable in the outer wall position, (fixed installation can be in accordance with the stability conditions). If it is not installed for six months, the hydraulic system needs to be clean and change oil.
2. Installation
Before installation, we should check the hydraulic controlled slow-off check valve nameplate parameters are whether meet the applicable requirements.
Cleaning valve body holes and disc, check whether each part has damage phenomenon, each connecting bolt is fastened.
Installing the valve according to assembly draws flow direction at the pump outlet end or turbine inlet end (when the valve uses anti-loaded structure, the drive mechanism in the other side of the pipe as shown in the picture), flexible joint installed at the other end for assembly and disassembly.
3. Test
According to the hydraulic pressure schematic to check every control valve whether on the location that is in need.
Connecting the total power supply, to start the observation of motor fan motor, clockwise rotation is the right connection.
Follow instructions to verify whether opening valves, pressure maintainence, off valves, stop motion, as well as the procedures and parameters are consistent, generally opening and closing valve procedures have been fine when it is out of factory. If the users want to adjust acoording to pumping station conditions, you can come or send letter to handle the calculation and adjustment of procedures (also you can suggest some parameters when ordering, in order to make us mix up beforehand).
When taking test run, check whether the pressure change is normal: there is no hydraulic system leakage, body shaft sealing shall not with leakage.
4. Running
configure linkage to control circuit, and operates with water pump linkage, empty load running to verify procedures and parameters.
if the aboved works are qualified, we can enter the load running test (under hydrodynamic mode), and need to check the followings when operating:
a during the valve opening, the pressure change before or after the valve is relatively stable, fully open are basically similar.
b whether can close the valve according to the procedures and water pumps, turbine linkage.
5. Lubrication
Hydraulic control slow closing check butterfly valve hydraulic oil is HJ-20 # hydraulic oil or HU-22 # turbine oil, oil level should not be less than the oil standard midline. Filter should be cleaned every six months. Hydraulic oil should be sampled checks once a year, check its cleanliness and lubrication, if not meet the requirements, it should be replaced. Calibration tank capacity is 40 liters.
