Caution
1.the valve can be installed anywhere of the space pipelines.
2.butterfly valve installing position should ensure the use, maintenance and replacement convenience.
3.the valve can be installed without regard to the direction of pipeline medium flow, which allows two-way flow.
4.before valve installation, it should be stored in dry place indoors, valve plate micro-opens 4°~5°.
5.before butterfly valve installations, should do as the followings:
a.Carefully check whether the use is in line with the butterfly valve performance specifications.
b.cleaning internal cavity and sealing surface, does not allow any dirt attached, do not open and close butterfly plate before the cleaning.
c.check the transmission device whether connects reliably to the butterfly valve flange.
6.when the butterfly valve in the pipe clamp, pay attention to connecting force whether is uniform and reliable.
7.After butterfly valve is installed, when taking the piping intensity pressure test, the valve plate must be in the open position.
8.after butterfly valve is installed, should be regularly examined, the main items are as follows:
a.Whether butterfly valve seats and O-ring is damaged.
b.the sealing performance of disc sealing surface.
c.After valve repair and assembly, it is no blocking phenomenon when hoist rotating.
d.After valve repair and assembly, should be required to do sealing performance tests.
f.after each inspection, should record the details for the future reference check.
