working principles
1.Signal butterfly valve uses worm gear transmission devices to drive the rotary shaft and disc rotation to achieve open and close and control the flow.
2.rotating worm gear transmission device handwheel, makes disc to achieve the purpose of hoist and adjusting flow, the hand wheel clockwise rotation is valve closure.
3.worm gear transmission device cabinets set up micro-switches in two forms:
a.in the transmission device cabinets has been set opened, off two micro-switches, respectively actions when the valve is fully open and closed, connected to the control room "valve open", "valve off" light source, so that an accurate showing of valve switch status.
b.Set off micro-switch in the transmission device cabinets (disc fully closed position is 0 °), when the butterfly plate from 0 ° ~ 40 ° position micro-switch supports, the output valve closes signal, 40 ° ~ 90 ° position, another pair of normal output valve open the signal. Signal butterfly valve worm gear transmission device used adjustment and wiring methods
1.open the electrical switch box cover, according to electrical control requirements to connect the cable-core cable to the corresponding terminal, and sealed the cable entrance, meanwhile fix the cable, in order to prevent damaging the cable wiring when affected by external forces.
2.when the valve is in the "full off" position, clockwise rotating the below off cam, is the cam just to touch micro-switch (you can hear the sound of carbazole clatter), and then tighten the screws on the cam.
3.when the valve is in the "fully open" position, the counter-clockwise rotating the up open cam, using the same methods aboved to adjust the open cam.
4.adjusting the limit screws, when the valve is in the "full off" or "full open" position, it should not make the limit screw just be top of the worm gear limit plat, but should leave a certain gap, then tighten the lock nuts on the limit screw.
5.covering the electrical switch box cover, when the valve is in the "full off" position, so that opening indicator pointer points to the dial "0" scale, and tighten screw to fix pointer.
