The introduction of product

HD7B41X hydraulic control hammer butterfly valve is used in the outlet pipe of water medium pump, as a closed-circuit check valve. It is used to prevent and reduce the back flow of piping system medium and the excessive water hammer, in order to protect the pipe system. HD7B41X hydraulic control hammer butterfly valve is open by hydraulic pressure drive, closed relying on heavy hammer potential, and the open and close are flexible and reliable. The valve is installed after the pump, can replace the gate valve (butterfly valve) and the check valve. And the flow resistance coefficient is only 30% of the aboved two valves’. Therefore, this valve is energy-saving product. When closed, the hydraulic control devices are divided into two stages: close quickly and close slowly. pre-60 ° for the quick pass, and the 30 ° left for the slower. According to the different working conditions, we can also adjust the times and switch angle of fast and slow closing, in order to prevent a greater water hammer. HD7B41X hydraulic control hammer butterfly valve also has a pressure-maintainence function: the hydraulic system has accumulators, which store up the pressure oil, to supplement the system leakage, and can auto-fill pressure. At the same time it has automatic reset function, when the valve opening reduced (heavy hammer drop) 15 ° , the pump drives, reset automatically and the reset device is standby. After HD7B41X hydraulic control hammer butterfly valve opens, when there is a little internal leakage accumulator supplementary in the hydraulic system, the pressure dropped to a certain value, the relay issuing makes the order to fill pressure. In order to prevent pressure relay failure, there is reset device with limit switch, it means there are two protect functions of pressure maintainence and bit protection in the open position.
