Welding sanitary butterfly valves
The introduction
Our company introduce from foreign advanced technology, using sophisticated J-shaped elastic ring, and three eccentric multi-level metal hard-sealed structure, and it is widely used in the pipelines of metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, water supply and drainage and municipal construction and other industries, which medium temperature ≤ 425 ℃, works as regulating and cutting off fluid flow. The valve uses three-accentric structure, seat and disc sealing face are both use different hardness and stainless steel, has good corrosion resistance, and a long service life. The valves has bi-directional sealing function, the product is in line with national GB/T13927-92 valve pressure test standard.
Features
1、The valve uses three eccentric sealing structure, there is almost no abrasion between seat and disc, it has the more tightly more closed sealing performance.
2、The sealing ring is manufactured by stainless steel, has dual advantages of metal hard-sealed and flexible sealing. it has good sealing performance, corrision resistance and a long service life both in low temperature and high temperature conditions.
3、The disc sealing face uses cobalt-based alloy cladding, with abrasion resistance and a long service life.
4、Oversized butterfly valve uses lattice structure, with high strength, over-current area, small flow resistance.
5、The valve has a bi-directional sealing performance. When stalllation, it is not restricted by media flow, and not affected the space location, it can be installed in anywhere.
6、The drive actuators can be installed multi-bit( rotate 90° or 180°), easy for customers’ usage.
