Electric Serrate Regulate Butterfly Valve
The introduction
Ds942X electric serrate regulate butterfly valve is a new regulate butterfly valve, which is developed based on our company’s technical staff research many users’ running reports, summarizing many years of experience, and according to hydrodynamic characteristics. It has been widely used in power plants, water diversion, water supply, heating and other fields, and gets the universal acceptance and praise from pur customers. Electric serrate regulate butterfly valve is mainly used in water systems, and regulate the medium pipe flow, flow pattern, and the pipe pressure balance. The valve has shown excellent regulating performance especially for low pressure (≤ 0.6MPa) pipe. The main features are: 1, advanced disc serrate structure design makes the output flow and pressure more precise. The regulating flow characteristic increases remarkablely, compared with general valves. The regulate scope is wider. 2, a reasonable selection of materials prolong the service life remarkablely. 3, the scientific design approach allows a significant reduction in the machine weight. Not only save the material, but also easy to install. 4, The adoption of self-lubricating bearings greatly reduces the operating torque. 5, the simple and convenient end adjusting actuator effectively ensures the position of the disc, reduces the abrasion of sealing face. 6, operation is flexible and convenient, it can be realized electric, automatic operation, and manual operation. 7, it can be installed horizontally, or vertically.
